25. Stalking.
a. Any person who has an active protective order against himself or herself and who
knowingly commits an act of stalking shall be deemed guilty of the offense of stalking and
upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000. In addition to or in
lieu of imposition of such fine, the Court shall order the person convicted of the offense of
stalking to participate in a domestic abuse treatment program.
