4-14-110. Informal Conference. (1) When a petition has been filed alleging that a juvenile has committed a juvenile offense, the Tribal Prosecutor may confer with the juvenile and the juvenile’s parent(s), guardian(s), or custodian(s) for the purpose of resolving the matter without a formal adjudication. (2) Statements made by the juvenile at the informal conference shall not be used against the juvenile in determining the truth of the allegations in the petition. (3) The juvenile may be represented by counsel at the informal conference.
