Section 7. Notification of Circle Hearings
The Tribal Youth Coordinator shall notify the parties being accused of a wrongdoing
and Circle participants about the date, time, place of Circle hearings. The notice to
the parties shall include a copy of the petition or reason they are being brought to
the Peacemaking Circle, and shall state that if the parties believe they are being
wrongly accused that they may immediately notify the OVK Youth Coordinator who
will schedule a hearing before the OVK Council. Notice for Peacemaking Circles
shall be given at least three days prior to the Circle date.
