§16-1.04 Restitution. In addition to any other sentence, the Court may require an offender who has inflicted injury upon the person or property of another to make restitution or to compensate the party injured through the surrender of property or the payment of money damages. §16-2.05 Restitution. The Tribal Court shall have the power, in addition to all other powers listed herein, to require a defendant convicted of a crime to make restitution to the party injured by such criminal conduct.
