(e) At the time of sentencing, the Court may
sus-pend part of the sentence if the person
completes a court-ordered alcohol or other drug
treatment program and parenting classes. If the
person does not complete the program, the
Court shall issue an Order to Show Cause why
the suspended por-tion of the sentence should not
be served.
