§2‐1-11 Pretrial Conference
At any time after the filing of a complaint or citation, the judge may, with or without the filing of a motion,
order the parties to appear before him to clarify the pleadings and to consider such other matters as may
aid in the disposition of the case. The court may in its discretion, if not otherwise prohibited by this tribal
code and in compliance with Choctaw Peacemaker code; depending on the nature of the case, transfer to
the Peace Maker Court for an alternative disposition.
