(1) From the state school aid fund money appropriated in section 11,1 there is allocated $6,000,000.00 for 2023-2024 only to districts and intermediate districts for the purchase and implementation of tools that provide a common way of identifying and collecting early behaviors that could require intervention to prevent abuse, self-harm, or violence in schools. The tools described in this section must be used to inform any behavioral threat assessment and threat assessment teams.
