The New Hampshire Superior Court has established a Felony Settlement Conference Program in order to provide an avenue of negotiation between parties and settlement of criminal cases. Settlement conferences may be used for evaluative, facilitative, and restorative justice purposes, and will assist negotiations between the parties to criminal cases when the parties have been unable to reach a negotiated disposition.
