50.39.10 Deferred Court Procedures for Alcohol and Drug Offenses.
A youth who is alleged to have committed a delinquent act while under the influence of
drugs or alcohol may request to be considered for a deferred judgment program as
described in the Tribe’s criminal procedures for adult offenders. The procedures and
requirements outlined in that Title shall also apply to deferred judgment proceedings
under this Title.
