(1) A personal protection order shall include all of the following, and to the extent
practicable, the following shall be contained in a single form:
[1] A statement that the personal protection order has been entered to restrain or
enjoin conduct listed in the order and that violation of the personal protection
order will subject the individual restrained or enjoined to either of the
following:
[…]
[b] If the respondent is less than 17 years of age, immediate apprehension of
being taken into custody, and subject to the dispositional alternatives
available which applies to juveniles under tribal law.
