Diversion to Informal Resolution
It shall be the duty of Social Services, the Tribal Advocates, and the Court to
encourage satisfactory, out-of-court solutions to cases brought pursuant to this Part prior to
any Final Dispositional Hearing.
B.
Social Services may recommend a reunification plan to the Court including
counseling, treatment, or such other remedial actions which in its opinion is in the best
interest of the minor child.
