34. Domestic Abuse Prevention and Intervention.
a. Domestic Abuse Division shall maintain and review annually the Domestic Abuse
Prevention and Intervention Program for reducing the incidence of domestic abuse within
the Ho-Chunk Nation. The program shall include, but is not limited to: community education
and outreach, mobile advocacy, resources and referrals and supportive services.
