3-3-903. Informal Adjustment Conference.
(1) During the course of the investigation under Section 3-3-902, the juvenile officer shall confer with the youth and the youth’s parent, guardian or custodian for the purpose of effecting adjustments or agreements that make the filing of a formal petition unnecessary.
