§9.12.150 Child abuse or neglect. (B) Child abuse or neglect is a gross misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, the offender may be required by the Court to undergo medical evaluation and treatment, in addition to or instead of any other sentence imposed by the Court. §9.12.155 Elder abuse or neglect. (B) Elder abuse or neglect is a gross misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, the offender may be required by the Court to undergo medical evaluation and treatment, in addition to or instead of any other sentence imposed by the Court. §9.12.157 Exploitation of an elder or incapacitated person. (C) Exploitation of an elder or incapacitated person is a gross misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, the offender may be required by the Court to undergo medical evaluation and treatment, in addition to or instead of any other sentence imposed by the Court. §9.12.450 Incest. (C) Incest is a gross misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, the offender may be required by the Court to undergo medical evaluation and treatment in addition to or instead of any other sentence imposed by the Court. §9.12.735 Child molestation. (B) Upon conviction of child molestation, the offender may be required by the Court to undergo medical evaluation and treatment, in addition to or instead of any other sentence imposed by the Court.
