D. Pretrial Conferences; Judge, Court Advocate or Peacemaker Presiding.
The pretrial conference shall be conducted by the Judge or, at the Judge’s discretion, the
Court Advocate or a Peacemaker. Unless waived by the parties, the Judge, Court Advocate or
Peacemaker may take an active part in the conference and conduct it in an informal manner in
chambers whenever possible.
