708.45-1. The Court may refer the parties to peacemaking or mediation if the parties agree to attend peacemaking or mediation. The Court shall not refer the parties to peacemaking or mediation if attending the session will cause undue hardship or would endanger the health or safety of a party. […] of a party.

the Court shall enter an order finding good cause to suspend the time limits established under this
