9. Peacemaking Circle. The Court may refer a Custody and Placement case to the
Peacemaking Circle when it believes the parties would benefit from that process. The Court
shall consider issues of domestic abuse when considering the appropriateness of a referral
to the Peacemaking Circle. The Circle is a completely voluntary process and both parties
would have to agree to participate before a case could be transferred.
