15.06.04 Violations by Juveniles.

The Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribal Court shall take all reasonable steps to
offer juvenile offenders sentencing options that focus on rehabilitation. The
Court may order any juvenile offender to undergo chemical dependency and
mental health assessments regardless of the domestic violence or family
violence offense.
