(5) If a child is found by the Court to be a juvenile offender, the Court may make and record any of the following orders of disposition for the child’s supervision, care and rehabilitation:

(c) Order the child to pay restitution (as defined in §36.329 of this Chapter).
36.332 Restitution.
“Restitution” means financial or other reimbursement by the child and/or the child’s parents or legal guardian to the victim, and is limited to easily ascertainable damages for injury to or loss of property, actual expenses incurred for medical, psychiatric and psychological treatment for injury to person, and lost wages resulting from injury, which are a direct and proximate result of the delinquent act. Restitution does not include reimbursement for damages for mental anguish, pain and suffering, or other intangible losses.
