5.29.037 Penalties and Consequences.
An offender found guilty of an offense may be sentenced to one or more of the following penalties and/or consequences:

c) Participation in a justice rehabilitative program;
d) Any traditional punishment, as set forth above (Section 5.29.030); and
e) Suspension of all or part of the sentence for a reasonable time, not to exceed three years, under such terms imposed by the court.
