F. In addition to any other penalty specified by this Section, the Court may require
any or all of the following as the Court deems necessary for treatment and rehabilitation:
1. Attend drug and alcohol assessment or treatment;
2. Attend a Victim Impact Panel as the Court deems necessary for treatment and rehabilitation; or,
3. Any other conditions as prescribed by the Court.
